Antique signed H.H. 830 sterling
silver 4 O'clock teaspoons or demitasse spoons are engraved on the backs with lovely script letters A.G. &
Y.G. dated Sept. 27, 1891 in the same lovely script numbers: Probably a special gift for a special occasion.
I suspect these spoons are Scandinavian, Dutch,
or Norwegian in origin; they are most lovely and special antique spoons in excellent condition.
830 silver was commonly used in European
countries before the 925 standards were set for sterling silver.
Dated 1891, this lovely special set of six is unique
and unusual with twisted handles, small sized bowls, with simple but lovely pattern on a matte finished tip.
A fine and unique gift for yourself or someone else.
